This whole week NSUBA has been making efforts to involve students in more green activities. The library has highlighted books that are good resources for learning about conservation and sustainability.

There have been tables set up on the first floor where students can take pledges to recycle and conserve energy and receive more information about these subjects. The library is also offering a drawing to win a copy of the novel “The Cloud Seeders” by James Zerndt. Discussions and workshops have been a part of Earth Week, as well. Wrapping up the week is a tree planting right outside the library at 3 p.m., Friday, April 21.

For more information on how to get involved, sign up, or learn more about Earth Day, visit the school library.
