Jamir Andrews, graduate student from Roselle N.J., scored a career-high 39 points in the RiverHawks overtime loss against Washburn on Saturday, Feb. 24. Andrews finished shooting 10/19 from the floor, including 9/16 from the three-point line and a perfect 10/10 from the free throw line. His 39 points was just one-point off a program-high in points.

“I just had it going and my teammates kept feeding me,” said Andrews. “I hate that we didn’t get the win but I was proud of the season we had.”

Andrews finishes his season averaging 17.1 points- per-game. He started 27 games for his lone season with the RiverHawks.
