Northeastern State’s Stoll repeats as MIAA Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Northeastern State's Tatjana Stoll is a repeat honoree for MIAA Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week, league officials announced on Monday afternoon.
 
In the last month, Stoll has controlled the top weekly women's tennis honor by taking the award three of the last four times.
 
In her final regular season matches, Stoll went 2-0 against Lindenwood, and only lost three games combined.  In singles, the No. 6 ranked player in the nation beat Lindenwood's Anna Barbasheva 6-2, 6-0.  While in doubles, Stoll and partner Easton Parker won, 8-1.
 
With her win in the opening round of the MIAA Tournament, Stoll has won 14 singles matches in a row, and is 27-4 overall this season.
