RiverHawks clinch share of MIAA Regular Season Title with 9-0 win at Missouri Western State

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – No. 6 Northeastern State clinched a share of the 2018 MIAA Regular Season Title following a 9-0 dismantling of Missouri Western State on Sunday afternoon.  The win for the RiverHawks (14-4, 8-0 MIAA) is their 46th straight in MIAA regular season action and their fifth straight conference title.

RED OAK, Iowa – No. 6 Northeastern State continued their dominance in MIAA regular season play with an 8-1 against No. 46 Northwest Missouri State.  The win is the 45th in a row for the RiverHawks and with a victory on Sunday at Missouri Western, they will clinch at-least a share of its fourth straight MIAA Regular Season title.

No. 5 RiverHawks sweep shorthanded Hornets

TAHLEQUAH – No. 5 Northeastern State made quick work of a shorthanded Emporia State squad for a 9-0 sweep on Saturday morning.  The win is the RiverHawks 44th straight in MIAA play and third team shutout of the season.
