Drip moves to a new location

One of NSU students’ favorite local coffee shops, Drip, is expanding. It is moving to a new and bigger place, which used to be a coffee shop called Iguana. Iguana went out of business twice, and over the years, Albert Soto, Drip owner, realized the Iguana building was perfect for his coffee shop.


Housing and Residence Life has monthly in-service

Housing and Residence Life is dedicated to giving residents the best on-campus experience that they can offer. Resident assistants are busy in the residence halls and housing staff work in the Housing Office in Leoser. Although staffs in each hall meet weekly, all of Housing and Residence Life meet once a month to reinforce training, learn policy updates and reconnect with each other.


Students and residents sign up for Angel Band sessions

Combining the Oklahoma Heritage Orchestra and the Oklahoma Heritage Dance Association, Dr. Carl Farinelli, educational leadership professor, and his son, Matthew Farinelli invites students, their parents and community members to register for the Angel Band. The Band provides an opportunity for aspiring singers, dancers, musicians, storytellers and writers of all levels to explore various instruments and dances.
