NSU housing gives students a place to stay on campus. Students can benefit from aspects of on campus living such as proximity to campus resources and classes, community with other students and the cost of on campus living. Additional benefits include on-site security through housing staff and campus police and living/learning programming designed to support each student's academic goals as well as life learning skills.

NSU housing includes Leoser Hall, Cobb Hall, Wyly Hall, Seminary Suites and Courtside Apartments. Sororities, athletic groups and Cherokee Promise scholars have designated halls available for them.

Re-application and application for the Courtside Apartments closes on Thursday, March 29.  Current apartment residents can reserve their apartment for next fall, as well as apply for summer occupancy.  New apartment resident’s applicants fill out their desired size of apartment and list their desired roommates. Assignments for available apartments will start Friday, March 30.

Re-application week for all other current residents is April 2-6, 2018.

“Housing and Residence Life is giving away over $12,000 in prizes for those that participate in the re-application week,” said Craig Reinehr, housing chairman. “Prizes include a free room for the entire year, free parking passes and meal plan flex points among other items.  Prize winners will be randomly drawn from those participating.”

The Housing Residence Life Office is located in the Leoser complex on Tahlequah’s campus and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
