Fellowship of Christian Athletes was founded in 1954 and incorporated by its founder Don McClanen, an assistant basketball coach at Oklahoma State University. Even though this organization is primarily for Christian athletes, everybody from NSU can join FCA. 

Baptist Collegiate Ministry helps Muskogee School for the Blind

The Baptist Collegiate Ministry has a variety of different ways to serve. One of these ways to serve is in community missions. Community Missions is a BCM group of students that volunteer by going into the surrounding communities to serve people and show them the love of God.

Chi Alpha is a campus ministry the Assemblies of God denomination sponsors. Chi Alpha was founded in 1953 on the Missouri State University campus and is now located on over 300 campuses nationwide.

Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature develops student lawmakers

Students who become a member of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature are given experience in passing laws in Oklahoma. OIL is a student-run organization that mocks legislative processes in a competitive way. Members spend their semester preparing to take their ideas to Oklahoma City.

Circle K International gears up for growth

Circle K International is a community service-based group on campus. The NSU CKI chapter was considered inactive by their nationals and was not recognized as an organization on campus. However, CKI is currently reorganizing from previous years, and the current officers and members are excited to see what differences they can make this year.
