As the semester winds down, it is often beneficial to take some time away from studying for finals to relax with peers and de-stress. The NSU Wesley Foundation is planning a De-Stress Fest block party to give students an evening to relax before a busy week of finals.

Every year on April 22, Earth Day is celebrated by those who appreciate our planet and want to do something extra to give back to the environment. Earth Day is a reminder there is only one Earth, and it is beneficial to avoid being careless in the way it is affected. There are simple ways to treat the earth a little nicer in everyday life. NSU has its own ways of being environmentally conscious, as well as a few different student organizations that are centered around a love for the outdoors and a desire to conserve the environment.

Tahlequah Young Professionals organizes giveback night

Tahlequah Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs is a group of young professionals who work to showcase the city of Tahlequah as an appealing place to live and foster the next generation of leaders for the city. This month they will have their first giveback night and monthly mixer at the Tahlequah Buffalo Wild Wings.
