The Northeastern Activities Board serves NSU by providing entertainment and educational experiences for students led by students. Their programming lasts throughout the academic year, ranging from two to four events per week. Most events are free for students to attend. However, some road trips require additional payment. In May, the new board members meet and plan activities for the entire year. Depending on the chair position, planning an event can range from making a few phone calls and reserving a room to securing multiple contracts with professionals.  The main goal is to provide students with engaging activities they can spend time doing outside of the classroom.
