HawkReach gives students options for dealing with college stress

Students in college are not strangers to the mental and emotional strain of a full load of classes. Nearing the halfway point of the spring semester, new and returning students are looking for solutions to lift the weight of anxiety that comes with college life.

Students must handle a substantial amount of in class and online assignments while attempting to maintain a social life.

When the New Year hits, people all over the world make New Year’s resolutions. One of the most common resolutions each year is the vow to get in shape or lose weight. With spring break right around the corner, students at NSU are visiting the gym and wanting to find the best way to get that perfect spring break body.

Tahlequah offers multiple fitness options

With Tahlequah having a number of fitness centers that include resistance machines and treadmills, it is nice to have the option to change up workout routines with high-intensity interval gyms. High-intensity interval workouts use functional movements, gymnastic movements, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting to achieve an overall fitness goal.
